Put your baby in snösoft™ for up to 30 nights from the date of delivery, and if you are not happy with how your nights are going, email [email protected] for a full refund of the product price. Used items are accepted within the guarantee window: that is the point of the guarantee.
Wrong size or want a different color or TOG? Email us and we will ship the replacement as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier, so your baby is never without their sleepwear.
If anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, send us a photo and we will replace it immediately at no cost, no return required.
Beyond the guarantee window, unused items in original condition may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from delivery.
